, n & out of relay heavy contacts blades, careful not to touch ANYthing else with touch probe. if you do, blink eyes alot and the temporary flash image will go away. Blinking doesn't help but it gives you something to do while waiting for the chemicals in the retina to build back up. Test light is the cheapest way to detect power and a cheap little voltmeter is better and you can use it in the house too. 120 V really flashes. Keith and Robert probably given you the culprit relay given how old it is (imagine if you had to clap your hands as many times as the relay has contacted) but I wanted to tell you how to find the little devil before you had to lay out your tax refund for a new $12 relay . g/l
