The Brake Fluid light can come on because of low fluid OR (more relevantly here) the boost-pump (servo pump) is dead.
The easiest thing to check is the fuse: Your ABS has several fuses, min (91 9Kt) are in a small box on the back wall of the enigne compartment, on the driver's (right) side. The box contains two relays and 3 fuses, though yours (with TCS) might have a few more of each.
The 10-amp ABS fuse powers the relay that powers the pump. Check it, remvoe-and-replace it a bunch of times to clean the contacts, and se if that does it.
If not, you could have something a trifle more serious at work here: Sadly ABS is close to unserviceable without another car (to provide known working parts, and a known working system to test your parts in) and some pretty expensive tools. (There's a ghastly "breakout box" that allows testing of all the wiring to the ABS computer while in the car and working.)
Get it checked, it is murder driving your car w/o boost: sure, it reminds me of my unboosted 9\69 Sonett V4, but the reaction time and fatigue are serious hazards.
