Thanks, and some more questions

Firstly I would like to thank everyone (z, Orson, sheamus,93CSET,claude,MikeY,ntmoore and Dan) who responded to my
question about the pros and cons of buying a Saab.
I have some more questions (and hope to have more as I understand a Saab better !):
1. If I bought a 95-96-97-98 Saab 9K, what are the most common expected maintenance items and their corresponding expenditures ? Should I expect, even with a 4/5 year Saab to set aside about $1200/1500 a year on unexpected problems ?
I will definitely get in inspected thoroughly before I buy one - but would like to have a sense for what kinds of things most frequently go wrong with Saabs about 4-5 years old.
2. From most of the postings I am given to understand that the 'ride is a better' and more 'interesting' and 'enjoyable'. Clearly since I have not driven a Saab I think I am missing out on what you people are trying to convey. Given I have driven a Mazda (and several other Japanese rental cars) what are things that stand out in driving a Saab ?
I will try and take a test ride from a dealership in the near future !
Thanks,
Ravi
