Well I grew up in Michigan and my father owned many cars as I grew up.

Starting with my high school years (class of 81) we had a 74 Benz 450-SEL, 78 Benz 240-D, 81 Saab 900-S, 84 Bimmer 320-i, 88 Audi 90 Quattro, 93 Acura Legend, 93 Benz 400 SEL, 95 Volvo 850 GLT, 97 Benz E 320, 2001 Lexus LX 470.

Obviously the Mercedes is what it is, the Lexus SUV is excellent, but I always felt a special attraction to the Saab. I like the fact that here in LA I don't see myself at every other stop light, and the ability to blow away many pretenders in their sport cars.

I am a big guy, 6'2 280lbs and fit very confortably in Saabs, most sedans are a bit crowded for me. I have owned SUV'S and pick up trucks because of this, yet the Saab always fit right. My 86 with no electrical seats is better than my 92.

I love cars, but have an affinity towards the mark that goes beyond reasoning.
