The only advice I can give you about the clutch is that the Haynes manual states that it should be flushed *after* flushing the braking system, but I don't really know whether the order matters. However, maybe I can help with the brakes.
Some months ago, there was a thread about this and I ended up compiling from various sources (including, probably, some advice posted here) quite a detailed procedure on flushing and bleeding the brakes. The message I posted is at the link below. I subsequently found out that the bleed screws on the ATE calipers (i.e. all four on your car) are 9mm, not 8mm as stated in that post.
All this time later, I really, finally, almost, am ready to do this myself, as I've ordered new brake hoses and expect them tomorrow. Then I can take pictures and post the procedure on my web site. In the meantime, though, I hope the proverbial thousand words will do instead.
