I had a similar problem on my '93 Aero. Sounds like your car is stuck at base boost, and my only other guess is that your Trionic box and BPC solenoid may be bad. And as a side note, the last thing i would reccomend doing is swapping the Trionic from your CSE to the aero because not only are they different from model year to model year, but a bad BPC on your Aero could kill the CSE's trionic box if you hooked them up(EXPENSIVE). On my car when the BPC solenoid went, it took the Trionic box with it. I work at a saab dealer and my mechanic did the checks with me standing there. The guy has 30 years of experience on Saabs so i trust his judgement. Now with a remanufactured Trionic computer and a new BPC my car has enough boost to get me in trouble with the law :)
By the way, a re-manned Trionic and a new BPC will run you about 1000 from a dealer, and I reccomend having it done at a dealer because of the 1 year unlimited mileage parts warranty they give you. The labor on this procedure's not too bad.
