Thanks for the response - some good points.
I realize that the CSE is real similar to the Aero, but would really like the Aero Interior/handling, and the resale seems to be better on the Aero's as well. The financing is not a problem. Bank didn't even think about it - they'd have loaned up to $17,625 for the car. In regard to the mileage, 100K doesn't seem to be unreasonably high if it's been taken care of (from what I've been reading on this BBS anyway).
I'm going to check with SAAB's 800 # tomorrow on the history they have.
I called a local Saab dealer here in Portland, OR and they only have one warranty record on the car from back in '98 - a faulty airbag warning light fix. Car looks to have the original head gasket, clutch, exhaust, brakes (rotors at least). Not sure though as there's no service records with the vehicle. No evidence of turbo work either, but from how the car drives, it doesn't seem to need it - shows boost in the red zone and stays consistent. The car really drives well and seems tight - the unknowns are many though...
