You would hope that anybody could do this job as it is fairly easy. The only real trick is knowing how to back the pistons off so you can install new pads; but as the rear calipers are a type used on other European cars, any decent shop should be able to handle it. Note, however, that a shop like Midas usually wants to turn down the discs as standard procedure to ensure an even surface. This is not recommended nor usually even needed.
If you handy at all, you might want to check the Quasi site as well as other postings on the subject and do it yourself. If the discs are in decent shape (and they normally are), you back the pistons off, pull out the old pads, put in the new pads and you are done.
