prety easy and fool-proof. You don't need to remove the battery but, just disconnect it and like I did, I always cover the cable ends with plastic bags and rubber bands to prevent them from touching the battery while I'm working, especially around fuel. Saftey First!
The R&R of the injectors are at most an hours worth of work. I loosened the fuel rail, and pulled it back some towards the firewall, them reached in and pulled the injectors from the rail itself. Them simply reached back in and installed the new ones. I did them one at a time, kinda like the way spark plugs are R&R. It's not hard but, on my 1988 9000T the space in there isn't much, so that can be a little tricky..
