Update....I've determined I've got intermittent voltage at the fuel pump. I've replaced the relay which was bad and I've examined the fuse/relay box but am not seeing any obvious issues. I've also checked the grounds I can find and they all look clean and tight. I'm thinking of putting together a new fuse/relay harness to bypass the box and run direct to the fuel pump to ensure consistent voltage. Has anyone done this?
Also, a lot of the instructions I've read on rewiring a fuel pump use a 4 pin relay instead of a 5 pin model. Could I switch this circuit to a 4 pin?
