I have always found the culprit to be excessive tolerances between the caliper housing and yoke, which can be adjusted by bending the tip of the yoke spring. A vise and a pair of vise grips works well for the task. Unfortunately the caliper(s) need to be removed from the car. I might be a good time to order a caliper re-build kit and replace the seals, dust boots, and clean up the ebrake mechanism while it's out of the car. I think thesaabsite.com sells kits for less than $20...one kit does both calipers.
