C-900 racks will not bolt up to a 99(manual or power assisted), without some sort of heavy modifications.
A 75-up brake master cylinder will not bolt up to a -74 brake booster....74 masters have 4 lines going to them, each line feeds one caliper. 75- only have two ports on the master, two lines go to a junction box on the firewall, then get split from there > two go to the rear, two to the front. 74 boosters are mounted down low on the firewall, and 75-up sit up high < would take some major modifications of the firewall to make one work. I don't have an answer on your question regarding the C-900 tripod bearings fitting an early 99 axle.
