I forgot to mention that the belt must be changed after the conversion. just trial an error..I dont remember the exact part number of the belt, but you can just cut a some off and pattern it between the alternator and blance shaft pulley. then carry it to store for match-up. measure. As for the freeze plug...a 30 mm size fits beautifully. the top hose you will cut and fit a used 900 T pipe. This T fitting is found on the upper hose of a 16 valve where the AC switch installs. you will remove this switch and simply install a 900 thermo switch Purchase one that closes at 82 instead of the higher degrees. This t fitting goes in your upper radiator hose in the 96 on the driver's side. Do place in a relay..follow the electric schematic of the 900 if you want a relay. A relay is best instead of running it sraight from the battery via a fuse of course. Do the conversion Bill. It is well worth it
