If you unscrew the bolt and remove the large funny shaped washer you can see the rubber isolation between the mount housing and the sleeve for the transmission 'tail'. You may or may not be able to see if the rubber is suspect. I once used a metal escutcheon of the right size to fill the circular space which didn't do anything to isolate the power plant assembly but it did stop any driveline motion.
