I have some rust in the floor of the trunk on my 99 gl. Not a large area yet, and it hasn't rusted through to the outside yet. It might just be surface rust, but how would you recommend I take care of the rust? Should I get the sander out and sand the rust away, and then go the primer/paint/etc. way, or just I just brush that POR15 on the rusty areas and forget the sanding altogether? Does that stuff really work like that? Do any of you have experience with the POR15 rust treatment product? Thanks!
