I doubt that the bolt circle measures accurately in Metric (although you could convert the inch dimension to Metric), since SAAB did not use Metric on the chassis until the 1975 99s. Look at the notes in the front of the SAAB repair manual, and the 95/96 did not use any Metric except on German made parts, such as the V-4 engine and the Bosch electricals. (I have a '66 95/96 manual, a '69 V-4 manual and both the '69-'74 and the '75 99 manuals as well as a c900 manual through 1986.) That note did not change until the 1975 99 came out, and even then, most chassis bolts were SAE.
