Power wash the engine compartment, wire brush the bad spots and either apply rust inhibitor or repaint!
I would also replace the fuel line if its the original.
Rebuild the hydraulics (more of a problem with a sonett)
Check the front and rear mounts...the rear may need replacing.
Suspension Bushings are a pain...but if they look worn, change them. I would change the suspension bolts from the low grade to grade 8 (6 tick marks on the top?). I reduced front end shudder by replacing and retightening them. If you want to change the bushings, I have a trick..use a bolt/nut and a large socket to press out and in the bushing.
Replace/Rebuild throttle linkage. It gets sloppy after 30 years or so.
While your at it, change the water pump if its has more than 30-40k miles. Its easier when the motor is out.
If you always wanted a sway bar, now is the time to put it in.
