Did I answer this before? Question seems familiar...
Anyway, IMHO I think it will be better and last longer than stock. This is due to upgraded bearings and better locking features for the shafts. On the other hand, the R&P are used, as are many other parts, so that will degrade it some. And it depends on proper maintenance of the gearbox and how its driven and how big a motor that's behind it.
Personally, I'm fully confident that I did the best possible thing by having Jack rebuild it and I expect it to last many years and many thousands of miles. What are the options? Either find a new one (impossible), a low mileage one, or have a pro rebuild one including improvements based on decades of experience.
Not sure that helps much. Its as hard to quantify as is the question "how long will the original transmissions last?" The answer: it depends...
