Where on this Earth do you live that you actually have a choice? These cars are very rare now, and I would jump a the chance to buy ANY 96 regardless of 2-stroke or v4. In my entire life of 28 years I have only ever seen 2 driving down the road. One was 12 years ago and another was 3 years ago. Guess I need to move wherever you are. I owned a 99 in highschool and I thought it was a pretty neat car, even though it was beat at the time. One thing you might want to keep in mind is that '78 and '79 were really bad years for rusting out. The cars were made in Belgium or something?? Maybe someone can confirm this.
