Also had horrible experience with Embarko. Would never go there again. Everyone there has a bad attitude and seems to be unhappy to be there. I brought my 95 SE convert in for front brakes. In mid repair, discovered problem with raditor hose which add an extra $200 to repair. The whole process was very unpleasant. The one service manager seems incapable of dealing with basic customer interaction (time estimates, cost, etc)and seems to know very little about cars. The grumpy owner (I'm guessing) sits at desk behind service guy, never talks to customer and seems to bark at everyone who works there. Overall a very bad experience.
I contrast this to Burlingame SAAB where my experience has been top notch both in and out of warranty. Also treated well, tended to fix things they saw with no charge, very few surprises. Highly recommended.
