Thanks for your attempt to diagnose.
The sound and the shudder are intermittent. One minute, It is not there when the car is in gear and operating normally. The next minute, it is present and
meshing noise sounds like the car is trying to change gears without the clutch all the way in, and the car literally shakes. As soon as I push the clutch in, the noise stops, and I can put it back in gear for a few minutes of normal operation. Then the cycle of doom unexpectedly starts again.
I also thought that throwout bearing or the clutch spring is damaged.
I do not think it is engine related nor does the noise come from the engine.
It comes from from the vicinity of the left wheel well.
