Seriously Bill...exactly what kinds of DIY are you suggesting? I have NEVER worked on a car before. I know *nothing*. I put gas in the car and that's it. I have my oil changed regularly.
David O'Neal Saab is the ONLY game in town (Raleigh) that I know of. And they are SLOWWWWWWWWWW. I took my car in this morning and I don't think they even looked at it until around 5pm. If they do the repairs it will be another 2 days. I need my car. I'm now renting a car.
Is it too much to ask that a 98 Saab with 65K miles be a little more 'hardy'? It seems like something is always going wrong and it's always at least $500.
