Sorry to hear about the problems with your convertable. It is a common problem and unfortunatly very expensive to fix. I dont care much for Smithtown Saab as a whole either, but I do know the Saab techs and the Saab parts guys there and they are very experienced, unlike Arnold Saab who when opening there Saab service just recently had to scrounge up left over techs to work on their cars. I work in Southampton and get a better deal going back to Smithtown for my parts than I get if I buy from the Saab dealer in the Southampton. And I am also always getting advise from the techs there who are very helpful. It is the ownership of the Smithtown dealer that I dont care for. I had a lot of trouble buying my car from them and would never buy anouther one from them. I hope this helps. Allen.
