Count on a lot, but there is no way around it. You can't risk waiting. The timing belt kit (tensioner and belt and idler pulley) is part number 4773842 and currently retails for $393.00. Then I estimate 4-5 hours of labor to install.
If you still have the original timing belt cover, they replace the seal that attaches to it each time it is removed. That's pretty cheap. Anders (SWEDECAR) recommends that you just replace the whole cover with a new style (that has no removable seal) since the seal has come loose for some owners and got caught in the camshaft system. Search the archives for details on this.
Have them check out the camshaft seals and possibly replace these too if they're original. The seals are cheap and I can't recall, but it should not be much more labor to replace these. I did mine at 125k.
You may want to have other stuff replaced at the same time either by you or the shop. Serpentine belt, thermostat, water pump, plugs, etc. Some of this is DIY, some not. The SAAB recommended stuff is available as a PDF at http://www.genuinesaab.com/psi/default.asp under "1 Service" and then "Recommnded Service Parts."
