Thanks for the feedback. I've heard the idea that the plastic valve covers warp over time, but a little history might be helpful. For the first 120k miles- no problems. I had both the gaskets and covers redone in Dec 02 at 120k. About 2 months ago I had another leak and both the front and rear were redone. Then 2 weeks ago, the rear leaked again. Dealer replaced the rear cover just yesterday and didn't really think it was a result of a poor repair and thought it was more blow-by. I can deal with a $1000 repair every 18 months. I can't deal with it every month though. How long are the covers supposed to last before warping, anyway?
