Not sure if this will answer your question, but there was just a recent post regarding the necessary parts and costs associated with this conversion. Looks like the mains pieces are the appropriate clutch pedal, slave cylinder, and lines. I believe nickR did this as well, but sourced the parts used. Just a thought. I have linked below.

I wish I would have had this done when my clutch was replaced, but this was prior to finding my car and purchase, so I did not have any say, and I was not versed on Saab things the way I am today. Seals were replaced for me however, so that means it may mean a good amount of time before I need to consider the conversion.
