That's what worked for me. Bought all new parts (the "big tee", grommet, big hose, and check valve) at eEuroparts, and some 5/16" vacuum hose at a local shop. The old stuff was *really* brittle and crumbled at the slightest touch. Very easy replacement, and throttle response improved as well.
