I had/have the same problem on my 1999 9-3. That is, I just got new
tires and the vibration on acceleration seems gone. I also had the vibration at high speeds on braking last summer...not so with snow tires
this past winter. I, like you, renewed my front rotors which were seriously
rusted..I could see how one was probably heavier the other. The vibration
was still there after my brake renew..maybe ever so slightly better.

I haven't felt the vibration with this new set of tires..I'm wondering now
if my wheels were misbalanced (even though the vibration went away when I
let off the gas)? I can't believe the old tires (BFG ..KDWS G-force) were
somehow out of round or something. There seems to be many factors.

Please post back and let us know if the driver fixes it.
