you seem to have very distintive ideas here.
No. This IS NOT WIDE OPEN THROTTLE !! Not even close.
Please re-read the cooling system test I outlined in my posting. Do you see anything about driving the car in it ?
It is performed with the engine OFF, at your DEALER, with a pressure guage on the coolant recovery tank at about 16 -18 psi. It needs AT LEAST 4 to 5 HOURS to work effectively.
Now, have you had this test performed ?
Befrore I would remove the head for a coolant leak, the WISDOM here is to perform this test FIRST.
Take my 2 posts along to your dealer service department---and have them do it as I outlined.
