Your body will adapt. Then you will only feel comfortable in a Saab. You just have to get used to the crooked walk.
Really though, I have not noticed this in my 2002 93 convertible. I do notice that the foot well is too narrow on the left side. I am always having to adjust my left leg to get it comfortable. Even still, the car is way more fun to drive than my monster Mercedes 560SEL.
