Saabs aren't designed to go over 65mph

Ok...I'm fed up. I'm a nice, patient person but after the service person at West County Saab told me - "Saabs aren't designed to go over 65mph" I need to talk to someone about getting my driver side door/door seal replaced.
My 2001 Saab 9-3S door makes a lot of wind noise above 50 mph, especially if its windy. In a strong crosswind, the door moves outward, creating a gap between the door and the frame where the A-pillar meets the roof, which is pretty scary! I've told the service people this three times, but each time they say its normal and there is nothing wrong
Today, told them this, and I showed them the I let the dirt and grime that the exterior seal is letting in on the driver's side. Someone on the board said once they did that the service department replaced the seal. Not WCS! I even showed them how it only does it on the driver's door, and the passenger's side is clean but they said: "Thats because you open the driver's side door more".
(To top it all off they gave me a 2002 9-3 SE loaner with 16" tires which has about 50% less camber steer than mine...so now I'm wondering why I have to put up with that!)
Does anyone know how I can find the SaabUSA rep for St. Louis/Missouri and I can show them this problem?
