My 1998 900SET door sticker states (located below the latch on the side of the driver's front door):
32 PSI front/rear for 1-2 people
35 PSI front/rear for 3-4 people
38 PSI front/rear for full load or sustained speeds over 100 MPH
Interesting enough the owners manual says:
32 PSI front/rear for 1-2 people
36 PSI front/rear for 3-4 people
38 PSI front/rear for full load or sustained speeds over 100 MPH
I find that 35 PSI works for my driving habits (city driving with 1-2 people in the car).
If you have very many potholes around, stay with 35 PSI or more to prevent bent rims.
