My previous Saab was a 97 900set that I bought used with new aftermarket brakes. They wore out in ridiculously short time - 10-12K. I went to Saab and had new Saab brakes put in. When I drove off, I had the same problem you did. I told the technician, he said give it 100 miles, if there's still a problem, bring it back. I did, and after around 50 miles, they settled in, never had another problem, and they lasted 25-30K. The tech told me it's a common problem when switching brakes. However, be advised that I'm only relating to you my experience. There may be something seriously wrong with your braking system, and I wouldn't want to have you scratching your head at mile 95 wondering when they'll settle in and then have you run into a bridge abutment when they fail completely!!! Good luck! ...Doc
