As of late I have been trying to get my 99' 9-3 base w/100k miles back in top running shape (I have always maintained it well.)
Lately, I've noticed that the turbo never gets to half way in the yellow in any gear. I seem to remember that it would regularly get close to the red. I have new spark plugs, both O2 sensors have been recently replaced. I'm going to clean the IAC valve (idle is slightly rough sometimes). The hoses all seem to be in good shape. Although, I'm starting to notice a few look a bit dry rotted.
Where's a good place to start with tracking down the problem?
Also, should I worry about replacing the serpentine belt since I have 100k miles ?
Any advice is much appreciated.
