that I have not had with even my '94 SE (supposed to be worst ever).

Early DI failure
Worse steering rack than even the '94 (more rubbery bushings)
Early SID failure
Early head gasket failure
Early A/C component failure

Apparently some old NG 900 problems still persist;

idler pulleys
rear suspension is crude
short exhaust component life span
weak A/C

Some I need your opinion on. In the 1100 changes touted in the 9-3, did they fix or improve;

front suspension
clutch durability and stiffness
rear seal and transmission output shaft seals (source of oil leaks)
shift linkage
ABS controller durability
washer pump
water pump reliability
braking performance
quality of rubber components under the hood and CV boots
