Go with a full synthetic! Use Mobil One.
There are engines failing from dyno oil breaking down. City driving is the worst case for oil.
Try that. Then try a xw40 later on. If the engine seems quieter and smoother, then use that. If it makes no difference, your running clearances are fine for the 10W30.
With no cold starts, there is probably no merit to a 5W or 0w30 oil. But there might be a small MPG improvement. But that could be lost with city MPG variabilty.
You should be able to use the Mobil One 0W40. I don't see any pricing difference VS the other Mobil One oils.
