Hey Victor - I've had a fm modulated xm put into mine, plus replaced speakers with infiniti kapps (seperate in front) and a small 2 channel amp for the fronts. Sounds decent, (not audiophile grade, but definitely much better) but the rear infinitis aren't efficient enough and need their own power. I'll probably need a four channel in lieu of my 2 x - If you're replacing the 6x9's - pay attention to efficiency, as most of the good ones seem to be designed for more min. power.
Also, I wussed out on attempting the custom Saab - RCA wiring mod myself, and just had Car Toys get a speaker level signal to the amp. If you've got the time and kno-how (neither in my case), definitely try the proper mod route as suggested by R. Bevan, et. al.
Be great to meet up and swap ideas sometime!
Oh - TAP doesn't have a Tech II (at least, I don;t think they do - you could call to verify), but they may be willing to get it done via Performance if its needed to complete a bigger job.
