New 9-3 Vector/OnStar Failure

I just had my brand new car (2003 Vector SS) in to have XM Satellite radio installed at the dealership. I signed up for OnStar on the day I bought the car and it has been working well.
I have also been using the Personal Calling service provided by Onstar. This was working fine as well. Both the XM and the Onstar were operating correctly. Then, suddenly, for no apparent reason, my Onstar on the System Information Window started to say: "No Onstar."
I called OnStar and they tried different approcahes--having me push all 3 buttons, having me try the 'phone' button on the Steering Wheel...all to no avail.
I have a service appt. this Thursday at the Saab Dealer.
Does anyone have any idea why it would suddenly stop working when it was working just fine until the other day?
Thanks.
