The XM Delphi Unit is wired in through the ash tray (which I don't use). The antenna is wired in through the rear window just behind the Onstar Antenna.
There really isn't a place to mount the Delphi Cradle on the Dash on my Vector. So it sits on top of the open ashtray. That isn't necessarily the best place for it but the wires are very short. So I don't have much room.
This was the first install of XM the Saab Tech at my Columbia S.C. dealer did. He had never done one before.
So I am grateful that I have the XM back and guess that the location is the best one possible. I can see the display screen and all and really like the Delphi over the Pioneer (which I had in my old Mustang).
