Studdering starts after heavy rain.

After heavy rain (at least several hours, as in today in south/east MI), my 9-3 (2002) starts, with Idle studdering roughly for a few seconds. After 10 seconds, I drive off. The initial acceleration was jumpy. Everything is ok after 20 seconds..
Similarly, 2 weeks ago, after about 2 days of heavy rain (note that my car wasn't driven during the rain...), I had even worst studdering. In fact, for the 1st time, it won't start after 3 seconds of cranking. Normally, it takes 2 seconds or so after turning the key. That time, it started after 3-4 seconds the 2nd turn of the key. However, it was very very rough the first minute or so.
This car is 1 year old ~22K miles. I change oil regularly. I'm using K&N air filter for the pass 15K miles if that makes a difference. Regular free maintanence from the dealership were all performed.
