TB is located near the yellow oil cap. Take off the plastic shroud & follow the big air pipe alongside the engine towards the firewall. The air goes through the throttle body into the intake manifold. If you know your way around an older engine, the TB replaces the carburator.

TB cleaner? Maybe acetone or MEK or xylene? I'm not sure since TB cleaner is not too expensive so I just bought some.

Replace all 4 plugs. They have to be the same. The platinum plugs last longer, but not worth the price of the plugs. Apparently(?) they don't perform better. If you're paying dealer labor to change them, it worth it even if they only last twice as long.

They are really easy to change. The DI cassette is on top of the engine, it says "DIRECT IGNITION". 4 screws and it pulls straight up to take off. The plugs are underneath. Couple dollars at AutoZone gets you a socket wrench to take them off.

Since you have to ask where the spark plugs are, find a friend who works on his car, buy some of his favorite beverage, & have him show you around your engine compartment.
