Yes, it's a self power Bazooka. Here is a post from another site that I did.

After reading many posts, I have decided the first step to fix this so called 300w stereo was to install a bass tube. I started by removing all the door sills, back-seat, luggage compartment surround and rear seat bolsters. Most were just removed by pulling them up or removing the buttons. I looked at the Basslink install someone else posted and I did not like how they went through the firewall, so I went up pass the fuse box, out the rubber grommet (near front door hinge ) on the fender, up under the windshield molding and into the engine compartment This was the easiest part of the job. The grounding went to a grounding point near the rear tail light. All speaker connections were easy to run with all the panels off. The bass tube has a auto on/off when it senses sound, but because I tapped into the 6x9 which is already filtered for low bass, the new tube would not kick on. I then had to wire up the remote +12 switch on/off. Well this was definitely the hardest part of the job. Trying to find switched power was almost impossible. Everything in the car has 12v to it while the car is turned off. The rear fuse panel had a constant 12 volts, so I went to the front panel. The only thing I could find was the cigarette light, so I tapped into that. It worked fine

Things are starting to sound great. I left the 6x9 disconnected, because they only added distored bass. Next step is to replace the 4" on the rear deck.
