Saabs are set up with the rear running pretty large negative camber. You're not going to be able to tell much by just looking at your wheels, you really need to get to an alignment shop and have it checked. The only adjustment is for toe in the front but the other info, camber and caster in the front and camber and toe in the rear will confirm that you are (or are not) within the factory specs. Until you get this info you're just guessing.
