Just a thought, not certain it would work, but seems to me the seat backs is the more unique Viggen-specific part of the seat, withe the bolstering and the delta embossing. The horizontal cushion of another 9-3 might fit just fine. It won't have the pebble grain on the center panel though.
I'd first check e-bay... amazing what you find there. Second I'd talk w/an auto upholstery place as others have recommended. Replacing only the damaged panels might come in around your $400.
Good luck and don't feel like a dolt. If that's the dumbest thing you've done... kudos to you.
