If both are off, this makes adjustments to the mounting surface more difficult.
Park the vehicle with the wheels dead straight ahead. Get some dental floss, or fishing line. Tie fishing line tight around all four tires. Look at the way the line plays across the rear tires and note differences side to side. If the same, toe-in cannot be too bad side to side.
I still think that you should put a square up against the rear tires to see the difference in camber side to side. Also examine the subject hub fastened joint area and yank on wheel to see if bearings gone.
