I'm in the position of having to purchase a new car. My 1989 SPG blew a head gasket-and though I love the car and have donar 87 900T with a good rebuild tranny and topend-I need a car with a warranty since I'm going to drive quite a bit for my new job. The major dilema is my location. I can wrentch on the Saabs but I've not driven a Viggen nor worked on one and the closest indy I trust (Scanwest) is 150 miles away (as is the closest Saab dealer)and I need a car that is fast, fun, and able to be worked on locally (warranty wise). I'm still scouting Viggens since it's my dream car (owner of 5 C900s) - but I'd feel horrible bashing it about with all the miles I'll have to put on it-on some gravel roads too.

What do you fellas think?
