Rogozhin,
Just wanted to tell you there might be a good deal on a Viggen in Bellevue at Park Place Motors. It is a 1999 model with 17799 miles on it, and they are asking $19,950. http://www.parkplaceltd.com/searchdatabase.asp?step=2&invid=69
I drove it in September, and they still have it on the lot. Back then they asked something like 21,000 for it, but it hasn't moved for months. I have a 9-3SE and comparatively this Viggen drove very harshly. Of course it has a lot harder springs, high performance tires etc., but I wasn't ready to give up my smooth 9-3 for this car. Only two problems I spotted were a bit of a worn/ripped driver seat (the side support) as well as a battery that has leaked acid and caused some visible etching below it. Other than that, the car started right up and sounded great as I took it for a ride with the sales person.
I bet you cold get this one off their lot for $15,000-16,000. Blue book for retail value is about $19000, but no dealer wants a car sitting there for that long and I'm sure they would be glad to get rid of it. This place sells high end sports cars, so that's probably one reason why it hasn't sold - people are there to look at Porsches and Ferrari's instead...
