Looking at the clutch for that complaint seems pretty agressive, but there is not much in there that isn't a wear item so the dealer is assured of making money. Clutch function doesn't change with speed bumps or turned wheels, sort of wonder about the diagnosis.
I guess you could take your disc to an indy and ask him if he thinks it's glazed. But it is sort of a subjective thing and probably impossible to fight and win. Glazing doesn't have anything to do with disc wear so checking thickness doesn't really help.
The trans oil needs to be drained in order to remove the drive shafts, so they can drop the trans to access the clutch. So the oil charge is expected.
