SAAB has left me with no choice...

I posted last week about how my 18 month old Saab 9-3 with less than 12K miles had to be towed to the dealer for the second time. Well, 8 days later, it is still there and they will not call me back. So, I called Saab this morning 3 times between 8AM-10AM EST only to be told that they will re-open from the New Year Holiday at 8AM EST Monday, Jan 3. Go figure. Finally, I get a hold of a rep who says the woman handling my claim is on the phone and will call me back ASAP. A couple of hours later I call back this time to be told that Roslyn is out of the office and that Betty her supervisor will call you today. I made it clear how urgent this was. After 2 hours I again call back to be told that Betty has gone home but my file has now been transferred to Janelle and to hold on. THen she comes back and says that since it is after 5pm everyone has gone home. Is this the type of customer service SAAB strives for? I apologize for my ranting but after this fiasco and the fact the I beleive by the letter of the law that my car is a lemon since it has been out of service for over 30 days that I feel I may need to contact an attorney. Does anyone else have any suggestions? I think that I have been more than patient. Anyone from Saab who lurks here, and who can help, please email me.
