Saab is good but it is the dealer you need to work with, from my experience. I am not sure about the legality, but I doubt that Saab will look at 30 days. I have a problem with the wifes old 9-5 (long story) and it was in the dealership for a long time (longer than 30 days multiple times) and it did not qulify for a lemon law in my state. Get the GM of the dealership involved, they will have more clout with Saab than you will have. Saab will probably offer a buy back at fair market value (from what the GM told me this is becoming more standard than a full $ buy back)and additional cash off a new Saab. Then look for the dealership to cut you a really good deal. As I said, this happend with my wifes 01 9-5SE and we moved up to an 03 9-5 Aero (we did this in 03). Could be wrong about your situation, as I am no lawyer (calling a lawyer is a good idea, but in mine the lemon law was not hit and I had a terrible time until I got the GM involved. Once I had that, I had a new car and was really happy.
